WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Each set will include pages with the following information:
A. Exterior Elevations - all at 1/4" scale and - usually two sheets.
B. Floor Plans - fully detailed with structural elements sized.
C. Cabinet Layouts - on the floor plans.
D. Electrical Fixture Layout - on the floor plans. *
E. Foundation Plan - crawlspaces are standard but basements & slabs are available upon request.*
F. Wall/Stair Section(s) - When applicable.
G. Building Sections - Cuts through plans that demonstrate how elements and components match up.
H. Roof Plan - 1/4" scale with structural specifications based on loading preferences.
I. General Notes & Details - include structural and energy specifications and standards.

These are free standing units that can be modified or built from stock plans, our potential customers vary from small business owners to design professionals and performing artists. Any concept can be modified to suit your specific need or site. Contact us if you need a stock plan modified.
